Information we use
We use contact, order, delivery, payment-reference, correspondence, and fraud-prevention information to take payment, fulfil orders, provide support, handle returns, keep business records, and protect the shop. Stripe processes payment information; Beata Shop does not receive full card details.
Custom-print artwork
Uploaded JPG, PNG, and PDF artwork is used only to review, prepare, proof, produce, and support your custom order. Artwork is deleted 30 days after the order is marked complete. An abandoned upload may be deleted sooner, and information may be retained longer where required to resolve a dispute or comply with law.
Who receives information
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that operate hosting, storage, payments, delivery, and professional support. Royal Mail receives delivery information. Stripe processes checkout and payment information.
Cookies and local storage
We use only technology needed for the shop to work, including an essential owner-session cookie and browser storage that keeps a customer’s shopping bag on their device. There are no advertising, analytics, or newsletter cookies, so no optional-cookie banner is shown.
Retention and your rights
Order and transaction records are retained for the period required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
