Made to order
Every Beata Shop product is made especially for you after you order. This means nothing is sitting around collecting dust, but it can also mean a little extra time before your order is dispatched, particularly during busy periods.
Price and destination
InPost delivery is £3, or free when the product subtotal reaches £60. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or addresses outside Great Britain.
Processing time
Most orders are normally prepared within 2–3 working days, but made-to-order processing can take longer during busy periods. Personalised and custom-printed orders are normally prepared within 3–4 working days after the artwork proof has been approved. Delivery time begins after dispatch.
Tracking and delays
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
