Return window
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with their original labels and packaging. You may use our model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
Items we cannot accept
Unless faulty, damaged, or not as described, personalised and custom-printed items cannot be returned because they were made to your specification. Hygiene-related exclusions may also apply where a sealed item has been opened.
Starting a return
Email beata-shop.co@gmail.com with your order reference and the items you wish to return before sending anything.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has reduced the item’s value. Your bank’s processing time may vary.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
