Products and pricing
Prices are shown in GBP. Beata Shop is not VAT registered, so prices do not include a separately charged VAT amount. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Orders and payment
Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if stock data was incorrect, fraud is suspected, an uploaded design breaches these terms, or fulfilment is not possible.
Delivery
We deliver by Royal Mail to mainland Great Britain. Delivery costs, thresholds, processing times, and exclusions are set out on the delivery page.
Custom printing
Custom printing costs £8 per item for up to two supplied artwork elements or print positions. Files must be JPG, PNG, or PDF and no larger than 10 MB each. Production does not begin until the proof is approved.
If a proof is unanswered after 48 hours, the order is paused. If it remains unanswered for seven days, the custom order is cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Your artwork and prohibited content
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and that our use of it to fulfil the order will not infringe copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Do not upload unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, terrorist, fraudulent, privacy-invading, or intellectual-property-infringing content. We may reject content that promotes violence or discrimination, contains malware, or is otherwise unsafe or unsuitable to print.
Returns and cancellations
Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days. Custom-made and personalised items are not normally returnable unless faulty, damaged, or not as described. See the returns page.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory rights you have where you live.
